Especially at sunset, the animated river banks with fishermen repairing their nets opposite their traditional fishing boats are a photographer's paradise.

Karnaphuli River is the biggest river in Chittagong area. I enjoyed a day tour from Chittagong city to Kaptai by engine boat which was a memorable tour. Sitting beside Karnaphuli in the Naval area is always attractive to the city dwellers.
