Just go...it’s utterly breathtaking in any weather! We went in October and one day it was quiet, the next it was busy! Who cares, it’s just beautiful. Best public toilet I’ve ever been to also!

Absolutely beautiful beach. White sand clear water totally unspoilt nature at it's finest. Ample parking just a long from the beach. So peaceful and clean definitely worth a visit when you are in this beautiful part of Scotland.

It's not a long hike but a lovely beach and who can't find interesting things on a beach? Good views and a little hut with interesting information. Toilets were clean.

A beautiful beach with white sand, very clean and peaceful. A gorgeous place to stop and dip your feet in the clear blue water. Stunning scenery, Definitely a place to visit.

I was at Achmelvich Bay recently, there is NO sign of any dog ban. My personal impression is, that the people of the camping site want no dogs......but if they have any right to allow or disallow: I am not so sure.
