This church is a pilgrimage site located in a beautiful medieval town. It has a wonderful cloister which provides displays of wall brackets and column architecture at eye level so that one can truly see the sculptures.

This church is pretty on the outside and if you pay €3 lovely on the inside too (worth the money). Doesn’t take long to look around but its place in this lovely village adds a great backdrop.

interesting history, lovely old church, unfortunately none of the signage is in English. Worth exploring if you're in Santillana del Mar.

Beautiful cloister and church, with excellent sculptures. Simple romanic church which inspires. We liked it very much and were happy to visit!
