Calle de Santo Domingo is one of the main streets of Santillana del Mar. It is where the Diocesan Museum is located. The street is usually crowded with tourists.

It may be the "most beautiful village in Spain" but it is stuffed full of tourists and shops that want to separate them from their money. Vilagges like this are two a penny in France, so why bother?
