Had a quick stop here on my way back from Masca. What a view of the town of Garachico!! Well worth a stop plus one can have a snack or a drink.

We found some good items in the souvenir store, passed the self service bar/cafe that looked good and headed to the restaurant which we had to ourselves for a light lunch. We chose a salad and it was freshly made, tasty and substantial. It was...More

Wandering the streets, walking along the prom, taking the boneshaking tourist train, visiting the very interesting convent . Well worth a visit of a good few hours. Spectacular journey there and back via Masca - not for the faint hearted.

Beautiful view on Garachico Village, Atlantic ocean and Pico el Teide. Nice coffe shop and restaurant. Big souvenier shop with really inovative, traditional souveniers, food and wine. If you are near by, it's must see! :)

Nice view of the Garachico area with a great little rural hotel called Isla Baja Suites located on the main road in the town right across the street from the water front fort in Garachico and natural swimming pools of Garachico

Is a beautiful place for the views lover's. From the roofyou can see the city destroyed by volcano. If you have a guide he can explain many things about this place.

We did not go right down into Garachico as on a coach trip but it is on the list for a return visit. The history explained around the volcanic eruption and how those in the church were saved was so interesting. Fab views.

We only stopped at Mirador de Garachico on our way to Masca to take a look at Garachico from above. That was a very good view! good location to take some pictures.
