Great views come as a bonus to this castle which allows you to climb through small spaces and discover rooms and tunnels. Definitely worth a visit.

The 999 stairs are not as bad as they sound! Once reaching the top of the stairs It is worth paying the 8 euro to go inside. The views are amazing and the stone work incredible.

Of course that all depends on how often you stop! We climbed up, meandered around (there's a lot up there and some more steps to climb if you're interested once you're up at the castle), and were back down in under two... More
