The 2.5 hour kayak tour is a perfect way to start the day. They actually do not have a physical shop - you book ahead on-line and meet them at the dock where their kayaks are stored. They also advise that you call in the morning as they might cancel the outings in bad/windy weather. They provide instruction, life jackets,... More

It was a well organized tour with fun guides who love what they are doing. And who wouldn't! Being out there among the seals, penguins and kelp gives you a different perspective of Simonstown.

A fantastic and beautiful day out in False Bay that included all the sights, sounds and smells of our marine life and we were afforded the opportunity of having a quick dip in the sea too!

Lovely trip with so much to see, including the fab penguins. Friendly, well informed leaders & good equipment. Would thoroughly recommend it - we went as a couple + adult daughter.

I booked the trip on my own and was a little hesitant to go solo. I need not have worried! The trip exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, the penguins were adorable, and I enjoyed Sandy's good humor. I highly recommend the trip and will do it again the next time I'm back . On a side note, I took... More

We really enjoyed the kayak experience and the professional approach from Derek. The 2h sea kayak trip to Boulders beach was great and Derek told us a lot about the African penguins. During the trip Derek took some awesome pictures!!!

My agent booked this for me. I figured I would sit in the front and my guide would do all the work. NO, NO NO. You and your fellow amateur are given a kayak told how it works then off we go. You start out around south african navy vessels to the breakwater. This day was windy, waves, large waves,... More

My ten year old daughter and I had a great trip on a Saturday morning in late July. There was a bit of wind that resulted in moderate waves but that just made it exciting for us. The kayaks are very stable and the guides were very safety conscious and kept us all together and on the most sheltered route.... More
