Exactly what a village pub should be. Great friendly service, excellent beer and ales and dog friendly which is a real bonus. Would strongly recommend a visit if you are staying in the area.

Modernised village pub with a warm welcome from staff and the woodburner. Made welcome from locals, good choice of beer, ales and spirits. WIFI and music, great atmosphere.
