Nice stone courtyard and near by the beach, not so many things you could see here. There are some relics even bones of the Japanese soldiers who died on the war inside a small room there.

There you can see the remain of war hardware once used by the Japanese troops during WWII. There is a small house to keep bones of late Japanese troops. It is a pity the metal stuff placed in open air, therefore badly rusted.

This place has an important historical site. Sadly, it is not treated well. The site is covered by a few moss. However, the cheer of the children whose playing around the site give another peace in my heart. 😊

This is a historic site built by the indonesian and japanese government as a reminder of the second world war tragedy. The monument was well preserved by the local authorities.

This monument sure need a good maintenance since it has become one of the city's attraction. Located a few miles from the city center. Come visit and reminiscing a memory about war and peace.
