Lots of cave dwellings. Make you wonder how they survived. Worth visiting if you are in the area but masses of tourists. View is spectacular.

really interesting for me to see such a historical place. For entry less than 3 EUR really useful experience. Be careful, there are two WCs. First one outside of the teritory for 2 GEL, but inside there are one for free :D

Yes and to be safe hire a local driver to take you from the NP Center where you pay the entrance fee to where you begin the walk. The road is very uneven and rocky.

You'll be fine wearing your sneakers. Be ready for a bit of wind and sun, however.
