We travelled to the hot springs on public transport from Moshi, a memorable experience to say the least! We got a bus from Moshi bus station and then a tuk tuk from Boma to the hot springs - super cheap (£2 ish), and an interesting...More

3 of us who swam in it in 2017 now have schistosomiasis. It was the only place we swam in Tanzania so definitely caught it there. Otherwise it’s a lovely place

A nice place to visit if you have a day to fill from Arusha or half a day from Moshi. Quite a distance off the main Arusha - Moshi road on a not very well maintained dirt road. Once there, you can take a dip...More

Kikuletwa hot springs is a beautiful oasis, about an hour and a half from Moshi. It's not that far but the road leading from Boma is extremely slow and bumpy. It's 10,000Tsh to get in which I think is a reasonable price. As plenty of...More

The water is not hit in anyway shape or form. It is a nice swimming hole however. On a hot day it is a nice place to spend some time.

Me and my friends had a great time at the hotsprings (+ a short hike to a waterfall). We went on a Friday, because we’ve heard that it’s really crowded during the weekend. I saw Emanuel’s phone-number in an other review and decided to contact...More

We spent half a day at Kikuletwa (or Chemka) Hot Springs on a Friday. It took a little over an hour (mostly through small villages on dirt and gravel roads) to get there from our lodge in town but it was well worth the drive...More

The swimming was great. Not too hot! The place was rather messy and the food hygiene could have been much better.

We had a nice day at the Hotsprings (rather Warmsprings) but we left when some locals used it as a private hotel room to do things that they probably couldn't do at home. Googles are definitly a nice thing to bring!

Our guide from African Komodo Tours suggested coming here before going to the airport. I'm so glad we did! There's no way you would find this place without a local. The water was warm and crystal clear and the swing rope gave us entertainment. We...More
