The Garden Court Hotel had a special on their buffet as the Admirals Restaurant is closed for upgrading. We ate there on Sunday for lunch, the food was cold, someone dropped a plate on food which was not cleaned up the intire time we were there. The spoons to dish the food was not cleaned while everybody just dished up and the tables where the food was on not cleaned when someone messed. To top it all two ladies with barefoot was allowed eat in the restaurant, very disgusting experience for a 3 star Hotel at Pinnacle Point!!

The security should be well informed one day they let you in and the next you are too young to enter the casino 🙄 the workers should be given adequate information since some knew us already from coming time and again. The security guy such a huge disappointment letting other young white kids in but we couldn't go through let alone the drinks he made us buy thinking we would drink while waiting for bravo to open were confiscated by the so called casino guy in a suit stating we couldn't have them in the next restaurant 😂😂😂 not professional at all am just disappointed. More workers meetings will do. They are running it like a kids garden. In short bullies 😡

I came with great expectations with SAR 100,000 in my pocket hoping to win a million!!

Sadly I was not allowed past the first post😥. No SA ID was a bar to entry. My Uk driving license confused them totally and my burgundy passport was not green and must be a fake🤪😜

Definitely didn’t qualify for a membership card

Only option then was the Bravo Lounge

Not the first time at the Bravo Lounge Restaurant and the steak gets progressively worse. Surely the chef can examine the quality of the meat from his supplier?
Again I had the 300g sirloin. Sinewy and fatty. Admit I did eat a little bit because I was hungry but but was not the first bad experience with the same meal.
They definitely require a new meat supplier and a qualified chef who can judge the quality before accepting it.
Perhaps it’s just a burger place. I don’t know but toasted cheese seems a better option next time 🤬🤬🤬

We walked through the depressing casino on the way to the buffe, where we had dinner. Unfortunately the food had been left out under the heat lamps for hours which was unappetising.

Garden Route Casino. We had bad experience .in the casino if your not from mosselbay , you wont be in draws or win big. Pay outs are bad. The gambling machines can keep you bissy for ours, but thats it. Food not that bright at all.And the entertainment are terable. Singers are screaming and not singing. So many people has complained about the entertainment. Your there to gamble, not to be forced to wear ear protection.we go visit regularly to support the casino. But it seems thats all we as visitors do. From wilderness. maybe if i change my adress to mosselbay.(lol) i might win big.?????
The smokers area and non smokers area, are divided by just a automatic door. So unhealthy for non smokers. The doors gets stuck in open position for minutes. How much smoke escapes to the non smokers area. With new smoking law. Hope this matter wil be adressed soon.and a auto door only, wont solve the problem. Will check in on this soon, with feedback on next visit with feedback on trip advisor.

The reservation system worked well. The greeting was warm and friendly. The staff or at least the waiter we had was completely out of her depth and was unable to serve the tables assigned to her efficiently. The food was really tasty but cold when we received it. We gave up on waiting for the dessert and left. Not sure on what happened with the bill as it was advertised at R220 a head but when I paid I saw it was R285 a head. The food cannot be faulted but the service was really poor.

I personaly think that they should have a more variety of games for the children as they only have a selected few.
As for Cherry ONTOP they should condider kiddies specails and offer take -away.
Bravo lOunge is lekker vibey on a weekend but should consider a theatre nights during the week.

It is so surprising that Tsogo Sun will partner with Red Cherry Restaurant. The service is appalling to say the least. The staff have no knowledge of their menu, forgetful and absolutely non apologetic.
There is 7 patrons and there seem to be about 6 waiters, but we waited 25mins after our order was placed for the waiter to come and confirm our order, after giving the order again, which she had all wrong, she comes back 5mins later to say they don’t have that. They did not have , bacon, chicken and their special sauce! It was pathetic!!!!

I complained about this about 3 months ago and I received an email saying that my platinum status had been reinstated. It was reinstated but this last week i have been down graded yet again. Speaking to other gamblers, they have the same problem. Many are out the country for many months. As I have been. Then I went to the casino twice. Lost about R1500. How much do I have to spend to keep my Platinum card??? I have supported the casino from when it opened. Been through difficult times but still go back. Does loyalty only work one way? So sad if that is the way it works, but will save me so much money.
