One in our group had business with Emir. We were able to see the meeting room of the palace and guide told us about all the past and present Emirs using pictures in the room. Didn't see much else. Was surprised that the front gates...More

Luckily, as a volunteer with USAid I was able to have an audience with the Emir. No one speaks to the Emir directly and many of his sons were there as well. It was a luxurious event.
