We took the 10-day kayak trip from Sepopa to Maun Botswana. We were a group of eight kayakers and were supported by four guides: lead guide/owner John, and assistant guides Chad, SP, and Gee. All were super attentive, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. The trip was supported by two outboard boats that carried our gear and food, and broke trail through some clogged water channels. Guides kept us safe as we passed crocodiles and hippos. We saw lots of wildlife from the kayaks and boats, plus the guides took us on some informative walks near the nine different camps. Camps included individual tents with bedroll provided, shower, wash area, full kitchen, seating, and tables. Every night was a barbecue and other delicious foods.
Breakfast was at daybreak before setting out in kayaks; and lunch was usually along the river. This was an excellent way to experience the Okavango in a wild setting with great guides and equipment. They offer shorter tours closer to Maun as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing 3 Days 2 Nights Okavango Delta Kayak Experience. Return to the wild, in perfect harmony with nature and animals. You should not be afraid because the guides are not armed (and so much the better for respecting the animals) but we trusted their experience and our composure. The days were very well organized, they respect our pace if we are tired or if we want to do a little more. We changed places to camp between the 2 nights, it was great to continue discovering new places. All the equipment is quality: kayak, tent, outdoor shower, toilet area, food carefully prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were out of time for these 3 days and it was magical. Thanks to John for the organization, Gee our guide during the stay and the whole team who accompanied him!

In August we booked a 5 day Kayak trip down the Okavango Delta with Chadwick and Gee as our Guides!! This was a Dream come true ...as we paddle at home!! This Trip and our Guides were AMAZING!! The Food was cooked on the fire by Gee aka Great Gourmet and the meals were ALL Delish!! The Equipment= Kayaks were Great. The Kayaking of 3-5 hrs per day was Perfect! The Morning and Evening Game Walks by Chadwick (approx 1-2 hours) was a thrill that we didn't expect with sightings of all the animals. The Campsites were Lovely ...always with a wonderful view. The Tents and Bedrolls were a "Cool" concept we have never seen before and very comfortable. The Outdoor shower and Pit toilet went above our expectations!! The Guides did everything to keep us Safe and Comfortable while Kayaking and in Camp and were knowledgeable about the whole area!! It was a thrill to paddle thru Hippos or beside Elephants in the water!!!! Chad and Gee knew when to change up the itinerary with Evening Sunset Cruises and Game watching!! This trip could not of been better for us as Canadian Outdoor Enthusiasts and it was AWESOME to experience the outdoors in Africa in this way... something we never dreamed we would be able to do!!
We traveled around Southern Africa for 3 months on a Self drive Safari and this trip remains a HIGHLIGHT!! If you love activity and the outdoors ...We would HIGHLY recommend it!!!

This is the only kayak operator in Okavango Delta. Run by Scottish family, is a professional yet expansive option for those who want to see delta in a more sporty and advenerous way. Quite good kayaks, nice and knowledgable guides, very good tents and camping equipment, good food, nice walking tours each day. You paddle your kayak for 3-5 hours daily, while your luggage is carried by an accompaning mocoro boat. You camp in the wild. We had a chance to see nearly every king of animal you can see in Delta - multiple times, thanks to good guide.
Our only concern is safety. Lions or hienas attacks of wild campsites, or hippos attacks when in water are very rare yet not impossible (incidents have been reported). Our guides, while being proffesional, were not provided not only arms, but not even flares or sound pistols. Camp did not have electric fence. And, during the night, they kept a fire (which distracts animals) all night long only for the last night - only after we raisd the subject during dinner. So: great trip if you accept the risk.
