The Orinoco Delta (Mariusan) is part of the national park in Venezuela located right in the center of the Orinoco River Delta where the largest river in Venezuela meets the Atlantic Ocean (Named By Christopher Columbus in 1498 - the Garden of Eden). The name is taken from the island of Mariusan on the coast. The most pronounced features of this area are the forest (Jungle) with a unique fauna on this planet, and tides that extend through the channels of the delta. This area is undoubtedly the most special region of Venezuela divided into two main branches called Rio Grande and the Brazo (Arm) Manamo is fully distributed in the vast delta of the Orinoco River considered the Eighth River in the World...

Enjoy birds galore, beautiful setting - a break from the crazy city and lazy beach. You have the opportunity to really relax and enjoy life without phones and internet.

what can you say amazing place wild and beautiful its all here crocodiles snakes big spiders manatee toucans macaws by the thousands insects by the millions all in all a wonderful fantastic place we love this place a genuine wild place with wonderful wildlife
