This building is worth a stop to click some pics as you explore central Caracas. The guards weren't willing to allow me inside, but still possible
to get some good pics from the outside.

Very nice building and interesting to have seen. Worth a visit and right at the subway station.

If you are going to Caracas plan a visit.

Lovely centre with pretty buildings and plenty of trees. Not much to do in the centre besides a coffee, wander and Simon Bolivar´s house. Worth a look.

In the same area there is a bunch of interestings places to visit: Plaza Bolivar, La Catedral, La Casa de la Historia de Venezuela, Archbishop's Palace, birth house of Simon Bolivar, Simn Bolivar Museum, etc.
