It is one of the largest shopping centers in the middle east. It is located on west part of Shiraz nearby Sadra and Golestan towns. There are thousands of shops in it. All facilities are available like cinema, mosque, parking, food court, groceries, play ground, billiards, bowling, and many different brands of clothes, shoes, accessories, and house utensils. It could take one full day to visit there. You'll not regret visiting this big mall.

The complex has newly opened and it is ranked as 5th biggest shopping center in the world though a number of shops still are not operational, the complex is absolutely modern , luxurious with good restaurants and hyper market. well and very beautifully decorated and super clean, huge car park in the basement and an indoor park. really surprised with the size of the mall which is most probably bigger than any mall in the middle east and for sure bigger than any mall in Europe. definitely worth a visit. the complex is supposed to be completed with an outdoor park and a big (maybe 5 star) is being constructed next to mall. very nice staff and helpful securities.

I'd been there with my iranian friend in this Feb. He wanted show me the largest shopping complex in middle east and it was impressive. But it's a just shopping center. It's too large to operate all shops in that building. Many shops were closed or even doesn't rented.

Well, It's very modern place and you can get everything you want with discounted price. I think this place is worth to welcomed to locals but not to travelers. And It's not easy to get there if you haven't a car. The bus stop was located far from entrance and we needed to walk a minutes.

If your time is limited and want to experience more persian things, you'd better to visit another place. There're many fantastic places to visit in Shiraz instead.

Every time I get to Shiraz my first duty is spend at least half a day in shopping center.
It's located in about 30 minutes driving distance in shiraz downtown.
You can find each brand (that you can find in Iran) here.
There is a food court, some movie theater and a playground there.
You can easily get there by Taxi or drive and your own car and use one of its 3 story underground parking lot it with really cheap price.
One of the biggest branches of Hyperstar (Carrefour) is located there half in second and half in third floor.
I strongly suggest you to visit.

The mall is the 6th among the largest mall of the world now, and 1st in Middle East as well.
We expected to see so many brands and goods there, but half of the mall has not opened yet as the mall has been constructed in the previous two or three and in Iran we should expect a slow process for it!

You cannot see any original brands over there, of course you can see the shops like Caterpillar, Versace, Diesel, Adidas, etc. but none of them is originals and they are local shops with fakes mostly made by Iran, China and Turkey.
Of course you may find original products too, but you cannot be sure of it as the shops are local and do not belong to their original companies.
There is just one original brand which is Koton, a Turkish cloth company.

However, you can find almost anything there with a very low price, a regular T-Shirt can be find about 3 or 4 dollars there! The same T-shirt would be sold with a much price, like 10 or 15 dollars in the luxury malls of Tehran.

The mall is in a suburb area, so you may need a car to be more comfort, there is nothing except the mall in that region and you have to come back to city directly.
At last you can spend a whole day there, big enough to wander for even more!

Countless retail outlets are there are it's a shoppers paradise. Ideal shopper will love to shop there as everything is available from A-Z and food parlors with mouth-watering foods. Spacious & architecturally beautiful. Iran has heaven of shopping malls, better say, highest in the middle east. I enjoyed every moment.
