The cafe is lovely and the staff are kind. The water gardens is beautiful with ponds, small waterfalls and a river walk. Only thing is that even though the water gardens are free, the cafe and shop are pricey. Overall it was a great experience.

Called in on our first full day in Hawick and didn't want drive far. Not the most exciting place but walk around Water Garden was ok. Tea, cake and coffee ok, but on way back home at the end of the week called for breakfast....More

more of a garden centre with gifts than a smokery. very little local produce on sale. 15 mins total visit..in my opinion not worth wasting time to visit

coffee shop, shop and garden centre area are accessible. Gardens and Watergardens are not but there is a viewing balcony
