Many artifacts (often replicas) and nicely presented information about the first decades of photography. Not too big, an hour is more than enough even if you look at everything.

As part of the Lacock Abbey visit, we went to the history of photography museum as well. A very good and informed exhibition of cameras and processing methods. A must see if you are keen on this sort of thing.
