There is a really useful and helpful guide sheet available at the entrance to the church. St Cyriac’s should be included in any visit to the charming village of Lacock and the National Trust Lacock Abbey. You only need about 30 minutes in the church.

This is an interesting little church in Lacock Village. If you are in the village you may as well stroll to the church. The entire village can be covered in about 15 minutes.

Certainly worth a look as you stroll around the picturesque Lacock. This fine old church is where the people of Lacock worship today. And in the small graveyard outside the church, they take their final rest.

Quaint country church in an olde worldy village, whose chief claim to fame seems to be the royal family descended upon it for a wedding in 2006. Lovely prayer chapel and fascinating ceiling bosses.

Good overall but not worth going too much out of your way to be honest. The portal & one chapel - to the far left as you enter - are from the 12-13c.

What a delightful Church and Churchyard. Steeped in history but still well used today. St Cyriac's Church appears to be the heart of this wonderful village!

A beautiful church set in the lovely village of Lacock. Unfortunately the church was closed when we went past, but from the outside you can tell it is cared for a well looked-after. Here's to hoping it is open when we next go back!

Lovely to see the church open. Whilst we visited, there was some cleaning work being done to the windows. Interesting boards inside about the Lacock cup. Very quiet and good to spend a little time away from the crowds. Harry Potter’s parent’s house is behind...More
