No surprise looking at the other reviews that we encountered an intolerably rude woman. There is no reason that justifies insulting a customer, rule 101 of business in any industry. There was no provocation, just a misunderstanding of where the pickup point was. In the...More

Professional welcome and overall order, at the start of attraction RATING - 6/10 Comments - A nicely mantled centre with a man running the names and prices. However, a little dishevelled and disorganised, couldn't quite understand how to work the list. Payment ease and value...More

Would recommend Beans for a seal trip. Informative guide and plenty of time to see the seals. Safe, comfortable boats. Wrap up warm!

We had a great trip out. The commentary was interesting and funny, and we saw lots of seals. It was extremely cold out on the water (it is almost December), so do make sure that you wrap up very warm.
