Just be careful when you drive from Tarifa, the road is a bit dangerous. You will need to pay for the car park but is fine. Amazing wild beach with awesome restaurants, clean water. If you are in Tarifa, GO

Visiting Bolonia in the old days (30 ys. ago), one could find wild horses and even a wild bull in this beach. Nowadays, the beach can get quite crowded with difficulty accesing the town due to heavy traffic.

I wouldn't recommend snorkeling, Maybe bringing a good beach tent with stakes would be better, This is a wild coast, known for shifting currents and changing weather. It's a kite surfing and windsurfing mecca... Snorkel/Scuba at your own risk, I wouldn't do it unless you have a professional with you and a support boat.
