This has been covered in mud for 50 years, and now it has been transformed in a great museum. Simply enchanting, you can also find a small art gallery inside.

A beautiful way to go back in time just for a while. The Old Medieval Fortress is situated on a beautiful hill facing the Danube.

Not too much to see besides the walls of the citadel but the view of the Danube which is about 200 meters from the citadel is quite nice.

It seems they arranged the place for visiting, but they forgot to add more info about everything. The place is very well maintained (very clean), but there is nothing special about the citadel. If you have 10 minutes to spare it worth a visit.

There is no medieval buildings or citadel, there is concrete steel led lights everywhere. You don't see anything that might be from ancient times. Shame on the local authorities for the modern renovation project they managed. Nothing connected to the history of that place. Imagine...More

The local authorities tried to maintain the ruins but they didn't do a great job. What used to be a landmark of the town is now just a bunch of old rocks. There are fences all around making it difficult to actually get it and...More
