lovely large beach with white sand and clear water. We were mostly alone in april. We could see mountains and a few animals ( cows and sheeps) nearby.

A beautiful stretch of golden sand with some shelter in rocky alcoves. A small parking area leads to the beach, which is set within the backdrop of the magnificent Twelve Bens.

Nice for a short quiet walk. Easy to access if you have a car. Clean Sandy beach. Water looked good too.

such a beautiful beach, unfortunately the water is infested with sea lice from the salmon farms nearby, myself and the kids were bitten to pieces, its very sad that the water has been ruined like this, the beach and surrounding area are just truly stunning,...More

This is a fabulous beach for a good walk. When the tide is out, it's an amazing surprise when you get down from the car park.

At low tide a massive beach which is great for walking along especially with dogs - of which we have 4. They loved exploring the rook pools and running in and out of the sea.

Great for dog walking, even in the rain. Wild, windswept quiet and off the beaten track, perfect for solitary contemplative walks.

These beaches are beautiful and natural. It is a great place to just walk and take it all in. I have been many times and it never gets old.

Great views, clean and very cold. We always put wet suits on the kids. Once you figure out when high tide is (there is no beech at this time) you can enjoy the normal activities on a beech.
