The original saltwater seaweed baths in the Connemara region A luxurious treatment to sooth away the aches and pains of tired limbs after a day hill walking or touring Connemara, or as a recognised beauty skin treatment and even a recognised treatment for arthritis and any skin conditions even psoriasis These have been used for centuries as a panacea for all minor ailments and are slowly being recognised for the health giving benefits of absorbing a much needed fix of iodine and other essential vitamins and minerals that get absorbed through the skin, A ususual effect of this process is a loss of any toxins that have built up, even after a night of overindulgence -- guaranteed 😰
