I came there during christmas time, I did not go into the church but waked around the garden. In Christmas there are uplit crosses on the graves and it's really nice :)

We stopped by here on our drive back to the cottages one night. The cemetery was all lit up. Even with the highway right next to it, it was peaceful and calming. Took advantage of the lights and the moon to take some amazing photos.

Off road no. 1 driving from Hveragerdi to Selfoss we saw this beautiful church, up on a small hill. we were sorry it wasn't open. there is a small bench in front of the church over looking the view. nice!
