Fardagafoss is located close to the road to Seydisfjördur, a few kilometres out of Egilsstadir. There is a hike of about 30 Minutes from the parking area up to the waterfall.On the way you'll have a nice view to Egilsstadir and the lake Lagarfljot.

Advice - check out world of waterfall website on google to find good directions to this place as googlemaps did not give us as precise information how to get there. Once you find the car park, it is an easy hike to the first waterfall...More

This waterfall is so beautiful and well worth the trip,if you are staying in or passing through Egilsstadir. Good uphill walk and great views with water cascading down beside the trail.

Easy climb up the mountain, 30 minute walk. Waterfall with cave behind, needs some caution to access thkugh, good shoes needed
