This protestant church is worthwhile to visit, since it is pretty majestic for the small town. It speaks of past wealth and importance and pride of the people of Oppenheim. Given it’s protestant, don’t expect too much to see inside besides the glass windows.

Enjoyed a christmas concert in this basilika and the acoustics were fantastic. Especially enjoyed the organ music. Took more time afer the concert to view the circular, coloured glass window. Will definitely return.

Visiting a little one-horse town in the winelands, one's jaw drops to the floor when you enter this unbelievably beautiful cathedral with its fine detailed lead-glass stained windows, woodwork, statues, and gothic style stone gargoyles on the outside.
