book tour with local agent for full day ubud for 8 hours (finally done more than and no extra) after 10minutes driving we were stuck in traffic and could hardly move at all, our driver suggested us to serangan beach who knows we want to play some water activities, which before we did't want (it's in the program that we book) because we didn't want to miss the waterfalls in Ubud. and finally we do some water activities with fun and forgot the traffic

Serangan Harbour
Aug 2019 • Friends
I stayed here for a week working on a friends boat, we explored the local cafe’s and restaurants, Great value for money and friendly staff. All were clean and fast to serve perfect food. If you are a sailor and want an easy place to Moore and get some work done Ari Arif is the man to get it done for you. Look him up on Facebook or Messenger. He is trustworthy and not a scam artist, as some of the others are in the harbour. Contact him on +62 812-4697-8754. He can look after water, clean diesel and any repairs you need.

Ok location as you wait for your boat
May 2019
Probably not a destination other than to travel to and from by boat. There are a couple of basic resturants near by but not too much to do there whilst you wait

Beach Permanently Closed
Jun 2018 • Solo
The ex-president's son has bought the land and is working on a 'project' there. There is no access to the beach for anyone including surfers, with everything fenced off. Locals say there has been no time line to the whole project. There are also no warungs along the beach as access to there is also closed off.

Good place for learning to surf but hard to get to
Dec 2017 • Family
Good place for learning to surf but hard to get to and always clouded.
People come here when the surf is small elsewhere so it's always packed with people or big and quiet full on.
Lots of places to hire boards and wurangs for food.
The road in is dirt and confusion if you or your driver has not been before, also have to pay 5000 to use the dirt road.
Suggest you organise you transport to wait for you.

Not suitable for beginner surfers
Dec 2017 • Friends
This beach is absolutely beautiful with white sand and crystal clear waters. You have to take a very bumpy road for quite a long time to get there so don’t give up. There’s also a nice cafe for drinks and snacks and some very sweet beach dogs.

If you’re thinking of heading there to surf, be aware that the sea bed is sharp reef covered in weeds. So if (like me) you’re still a beginner and at the point where you can’t control how badly you fall off and hit the bottom, I wouldn’t recommend. I couldn’t concentrate on surfing because all I could think of was my travel insurance!

I did notice with more capable surfers it got very crowded out there!

Sanur, tanjung benoa, pandawa, uluwatu
Jul 2017 • Friends
Picked up at 5 am, then to sanur beach to enjoy the sunrise. Then proceed with rice breakfast box, proceed to Tanjung Benoa to enjoy watersport (banana boat and sea turtle). At 1 pm we go to pandawa beach to witness the beauty of pandawa beach. Until 3 pm, we have to go to Uluwatu, watching the beautiful sunset and kecak dance. If leaving late then the road is quite jammed and can be late ... the price is very suitable for full day beach tour already with breakfast, lunch, water sport, all entrance tickets and performances kecak dance. Thanks Atmaja 2000k divided by 4 people ...
