It is an experience to wander around this area, old west will come to mind around just about every corner. Interesting shops with lots of 'tourist' items for sale.

We enjoyed shopping and hanging out in downtown Prescott the last week of October. The square was on fire with fall color. Great color, sunshine, unique shopping. We had a great time and will return when next we visit.

I would doubt you could make the same kind of CA money in Prescott. There seem to be sufficient tow services here. You’d have to do more research beyond my resources.
