Please, don’t miss this place, it’s a long way by car but worth it, I don’t like take tourist tours but in this case is the best way to go, get a tour and enjoy this unreal place!

The mountain is beautiful and huge and hence can be seen clearly from a distance. This is one of the highest mountain in Argentinian Patagonia region.

Tronador is visible from all around this area, it’s just fabulous. Snow capped throughout the year and a photographers dream.

Tornado Mountain, so called because when big chunks of ice breaks and falls it sounds like a tornado. We were not lucky enough to witness it but stooped and took pictures and walked around the picture perfect grounds

Although the attraction is a bit far away (almost 3 hours drive, with much of it being on dirt road), it is well worth it. The tronador is incredible, lush and imposing, and from the base it is possible to get very close to it.
