This must be a great place for Argentinians, however I was not very impressed by the concrete tribute to the flag.

It’s a wonderful path to walk river side, the Flag monument is beautiful, even when I was there it was under maintenance, the only thing I should do different is to accept credit or debit card to go inside, they only accept local currency. Other...More

It´s a big place to visit, where you could take goods pictures of the monument with the view of the river at the back. It´s near an antique chapel .

A beautiful and austere square - a must see if you visit Rosario. The monument is at one end of a pedestrian shopping centre / outside mall, so there is lots to see in the area. It is worth the walk around.

I grew up right next to it. A lot of green grass and colourful flowers. Close to the Parana River. Good place to take pictures, very touristic.
