Beautiful to walk to verify why Avenida de Mayo is well know as a good remember of Spain in Buenos Aires. You can walk a few blocks between 9 de Julio and Plaza Mayo Square to admire this! Nice!!

Amazing boulevard with beautiful impressive hotels, offices and grand cafe's from the 1900's. Some of the buildings are a little run down but that gives the street also it charmes.

A nice walk in the avenue helps you capture the lively atmosphere of the city. There are many shops and restaurants around. On one end of the avenue, you reach Plaza de Mayo

The history and architecture of the avenida are very interesting, but you'll need a good guide (or guidebook) to tell you about them.
