A lovely white washed church whose biggest congregation is the storks that reside in the towers. They fly in and out at will to feed their young. It is a well maintained church both inside and out - well worth a visit when exploring Olhão.

Refurbishment presently taking place inside and out but you can still go in and it does not seem to bother the storks that always nest here.

It’s a beautiful small church. It’s packed every Sunday. It often has a baptism or confirmation along with a mass. Altar is gold flaked. So pretty.

There is not lots to see in Olhao itself but the church is very pretty and set on a town square. Round one side on the outer walls is a reliquary full of bones - lovely tiles!

A great little church nestled in the narrow streets of the old town just a few minutes walk from the market. Worth calling into to see the beautiful baroque alter.
