It's very clean. It's very calm. A proper 5 star experience. welcome drinks, roomy comfy robes, professional friendly staff, plenty of bottled water and Towels. I had several treatments, a facial, body scrub and a massage. All were dome by the same therapist which suited me just fine because she was superb. Maria/ Miriam( sorry I was so relaxed I was barely conscious, I've forgotten your name) My skin glowed for a week! My husband had a light lunch as well which he gave a good review. Seats are comfortable, everything was just calm,comfort and soothing. We spent time soaking up the view from the outside deck. The facilities were clean and neat but some of the plant in the planter boxes above the inside pool were dead and could have been removed.Dear erlanka2022, Thank you for your review! If you’re a spa fanatic like we are, then this spa is a MUST!
We went on a rainy day and it turned out to be the best: overlooking the mountains of Stellenbosch and vineyards of Lanzerac Wine Estate, we swam in the hot, large pool as well as drank a glass of bubbly in the big jacuzzi. The sauna also hit the spot! We spent hours there and it was absolutely divine.
The lunch was also 5 star - we ordered a salad bowl (I had spiced chicken and my husband had the beef) and both were out of this world good! One of the best salads we’ve ever had.
The treatments were incredible: the entire upstairs area is the treatment area where you can rest and relax in a quiet area or get your nails done or get massages and facials in treatment rooms. We tried it all and the facial and back scrub were the two things that definitely stood out for me - probably the best I’ve ever had!
The staff are first class professional and friendly. The changing rooms are large and have EVERYTHING you need (wine scented shampoo, conditioner and body soap - how gorgeous!?), everything was clean and sun lit. There was even a grade A gym that we were tempted to use but decided rather to enjoy the hot pool instead.
I would recommend that everyone visit Lanzerac spa once in their lifetime and they will be repeat customers for life.

What a beautiful setting! The spa exudes luxury and quality. The beautiful surroundings calms the mind and forces one to relax.
Lanzerac Spa is wholeheartedly recommended!
Side note: Would also recommend adding my favourite serum 'SkinSense Hyaluronic Acid Serum' to the skincare treatments. It is quite a special product ;)

I am a frequent spa traveler and very happy with the staff , treatments and the facilities at the Lanzerac spa. Definitely one of my favorite spaces. The restaurant at the spa is fantastic, always the best food and drinks with freshly made juice, very relaxing and their prices are fair compared with most facilities in the area. If you have not tried a NEOQI THERAPIES, pls try, you will not be disappointed!

It was special to go with my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary, as we spent part of our honeymoon at the hotel. There is a range of facilities to use and the space is gorgeous. My only frustration was that our last hour consisted of children, who were guests staying at the hotel, splashing, jumping, shouting and diving into the pool, which was not relaxing. I complained to the reception staff, who agreed that this was inappropriate and was against the usage policy, however, they shrugged this off as the hotel's problem and not that of the spa. I will think again before spending a day at this spa if the rules are not clarified to hotel guests.

A fantastic experience - my first spa in the winelands. Lanzerac was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The massage was great and they have very nice facilities to continue the bliss and relaxation. Beautiful view! And don't skip the wine tasting experience, their wines are fantastic.

This a world class location offering a complete Spa experience not only for the. It’s but for the mind. The Spa is set amongst giant oak and maple trees and majestic mountains. One gets to soak up all this beauty and relax in its magnificence either lounging outside by the indoor pool and spa restaurant or from the treadmill. All the facilities are available to guests when booking a treatment or complimentary if you are a hotel guest. All the treatments Rooms are upstairs with views onto the glorious mountains with sauna / steam room / jacuzzi and gym downstairs. The decor is also exquisitely done. I will definitely be back with all my girlfriends for a Spa day!

It started with the first contact, where we emailed twice without receiving any answer?! Finally we were able to make contact via a phone call, were a local from the tourist office offered to call the spa and find out about our open questions as well as making the appointment for us. (explanation from the staff was - „ohh we do receive so many emails“) The facilities were not spotless clean, as one would imagine in such a location. Also the vitality corner is close to the relaxing area and it was quite loud (washing dishes/ preparing food) We had to ask for towels for the sauna, as there were no towels. Drinks on the bill were wrongly priced and so many more little things, which do not fit to the name/ expectations one would have, from such a spa.

The Lanzerac hotel and SPA requires no introduction. Set amongst the beautiful vineyards of Stellenbosch a fabulous location for a day or overnight SPA experience. The SPA is very professionally managed, the staff are extremely courteous, not intrusive, but ever present. The SPA facility is fresh and very clean. My sister and I enjoyed a full day of SPA treatments, and will definitely be back, and next time include an overnight stay

Not only that treatments are excellent, the setting is beautiful. Highly recommend visiting in winter due to the heated indoor pool. Best treatment for winter: Private Rasul for a couple followed by any of the excellent massages
