Beautiful gardens next to the lake. Highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you get a picnic spot. We turned up at 3pm on a Monday with no reservation but we're lucky enough to get a picnic spot on the lake. Had the cheese and charcuterie board and a bottle of delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Very child friendly. Great for a... More

The welcome by Trent was out of this world. His service was AWESOME! The ambiance of the place was magical. The Manager: Jeremy was also professional in his dealings with the patrons. The overall view of the Estate is breathtaking. Will be buying wines from them a lot.

This was a return visit on Sunday afternoon, taking our six year grandson with us. When we have been prreviously, granted not for a few years, we always loved the calm, quiet atmosphere, this has now changed. This is due to addition of jungle gyms and water features for the children - which they all love, but it does lead... More

My husband and I were driving past and decided to stop for a quick wine tasting. We actually enjoyed many of their wines and purchased a few bottles. We watched kids play on the lawn and in the streams. Great picnic spot and many people were arriving to enjoy their yummy Warwick picnic baskets. Plenty space in the shade.

Excellent picnics, service and wine. Book in advance to avoid any disappointment. Be sure to learn about why the wines are called "The First Lady" and how their wedding cup works. CHILD FRIENDLY? It is child friendly however, I do not recommend this venue for kids between the stages of toddler to 6 years. There are jungle gyms which are... More

Sunday past, I tried Warwick's Gourmet Picnic Basket and was so glad I did! It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making up this basket. The near perfect weather and the beautiful surroundings made for a fantastic afternoon. So did the pleasant staff who went out their way to please. Two people I would single out for... More

We only made a reservation for a picnic lunch when we arrived in Stellenbosch, and this short notice along with gluten & dairy free requirements, made finding somewhere more difficult BUT Warwick Estate were exceptional. Marco (FOH and head chef) understood exactly what we needed and provided an excellent picnic lunch. And the setting - well, what more could we... More

Georgeous spot for a lawn picnic. Great for kids. And thus parents. Love the Cab Franc. Picnic basket is ok, but that won't keep me from coming back.

Being huge Warwick fans I read about the launch of the 2016/2017 gourmet picnic so my husband and I decided to try it out. After a very nice wine tasting we were taken out to the picnic area in front of a beautiful dam. We were given our own blanket, pillow and umbrella to relax on. We were then served... More

Wonderful experience in wine tasting, selecting good wines for purchase and a lunch afterwards! We also love the onion marmelade! Will definitely be back!
