My husband and I went to Warwick for the 'Big Five' Wine Safari and picnic for my birthday and what a treat it was! The wine-tasting was memorable as each wine was more delectable than the last! We then went on a Land-Rover into the vineyards and were given more information about the estate and its wines by a very... More

We booked a gourmet picnic for 4 at the Warwick - after 3 emails with them, we decided on the "penthouse" venue with a jeep trip around the estate afterwards. We called in advance to say we would be about an hour late and they said it was not a problem. When we arrived, we were told that the jeep... More

Dear Margo, Please accept my sincere apology for your unacceptable experience at Warwick on Monday 17th October 2011. We take full responsibility. You are correct in saying that we have had your booking wrong. In normal circumstances we always phone our guests in advance if we cannot do a Safari tour. As we had your booking scheduled for 17th January... More

Refreshingly unpretentious. Some of the best hospitality you're likely to find anywhere in the winelands.

The Radcliffe family and their staff gave us a genuinely friendly welcome. You can picnic under the trees in their version of Paris's Luxembourg Gardens, then take a 4x4 safari into the hilltop vineyards to learn how their lovely wines are produced and best of all gaze at the stunning panoramic views.

I recently visited Warwick and wasn't sure what to expect as they have become pretty well known for the summertime picnics. I didn't have to worry tho, they had a tasty tapas menu on offer (see the menu and an interview with the chef here http://tinyurl.com/6hcfa5x), paired really well with their wines. The Trilogy was my favourite and I found... More

We visited Warwick wine estate on a beautiful hot summer's day in November. I would thouroughly recommend the picnic. You must pre book, and ask if they have pods available. These arelarge hammocks under the trees. If not, sit under the trees on the huge comfy cushions. The food in the picnic is of excellent quality and beautifully presented. I... More
