A really interesting history here at this little church. The building is of small traditional gothic architectural nature with stained glass windows and incredible workmanship. The garden was charming with informative plaques dotted all over for visitors to read.

Beautiful old church brimming with history. Sitting inside felt very atmospheric. The gardens were butiful and full of birds. Definitely worth a visit

This was our second time to visit the Holy Trinity Church. We were keen to return as we had such happy memories of a visit many years ago. The church is small and was built by Scottish stonemasons. It is in a beautiful setting with an immaculate graveyard around it and some beautiful gardens which had been created since we... More

We decided to visit the Holy Trinity Church whilst on holiday in the area. What a lovely place to visit, rest a while and be thankful for ones blessings. Before entering the church you can complete the prayer walk which is to be recommended. At each point there is an appropriate text from the Bible and a place to sit... More

The Holy Trinity Church at Belvedere is an absolute must see - if not simply as an attraction and a glimpse of the past, but to bring a sense of peace to your soul. The little church is in immaculate condition thanks to the caring and constant attention of the Anglican Ministry but far more than this it carries a... More

A small, beautiful historic church that will help you switch off. Visit on your way to or from Brenton-on-Beach.

I saw pictures of the small beautiful Holy Trinity Church in Belvedere and really wanted to see it. My daughter also saw an article and pictures in South African Country Life and sent them to me, so I knew I just had to include a visit into our trip through the Garden Route We drove towards Brenton-On -Sea, turning off... My wife and I have visited Belvidere many times over several decades, but this visit hit a jackpot when we bumped into the caretaker and his flower-arranger wife (sorry...forgot your names) who gave us additional information making the visit all the more special!

If you going to Belvedere or Brenton on Sea, take a small detour and visit this quaint church which is open all day except if they are having a service.
