My Fiance' and I were stopping over in Knysna for a few days before we went through to Storms River for the Otter Trail Hike.
During our Time in Knysna we happened upon Ocean Sailing Charters as we walked through Thesan Island. The staff were very friendly in assisting us with our questions about what they offer etc. That evening we booked a sunset cruize experience on Larabella for the following day. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and good conversation. Once on board, everything was incredible from start to finish - our skipper was skilled and his assistant was very friendly and funny, she also prepared the most amazing fillet (an included meal as part of the package). We went all the way out to sea, passing through the Knysna Heads and experiencing the most amazing swells alongside Fantastic views of the Harbour and surrounds. I had such an incredible time and would highly reccomend - Don't pass up this experience if you're in Town!

Absolutely incredible. We booked a sunset cruise with Ocean Sailing Charters. This is a must do! Exceptional crew and service to make an unforgettable trip that will last in our memories. We went out on the Lara Bella Catamaran. WHAT A BEAUTIFULL VESSEL!

We are Knysna locals and have been wanting to do this trip since we arrived. What a lovely experience. Handru and OJ were absolutely excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Handru was everywhere at the same time making everyone comfortable. Well worth it!

Our group of 6 had a lovely trip on this beautiful boat in knysna. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. While emphasizing safety at all times, they managed to keep the atmosphere light hearted and fun while we cruised around the bay and out to the heads. Thank you for accommodating some challenging dietary restrictions and making it easy to take payment since our card has been challenging to use in SA. We highly recommend you guys for future cruises!

Fantastic trip on a beautiful boat. The staff were so attentive and took time welcoming everyone individually . It was such a beautiful sail on a warm sunny afternoon. We saw a dolphin and seal as well as the scenic cliffs and caves.
I would thoroughly recommend this trip and thank you to all the crew who made it so special

The manager at our hotel recommended the sunset cruise with ocean sailing charters and booked it for us. How lucky were we to be the only 4 on the catamaran . Monique and Simon were perfect hosts and sailors we saw dolphins and seals and watched the sunset . It was one of those pinch me moments a beautiful experience so highly recommended .

I searched for something amazing and read so many reviews and just wanted a great experience for my new husband and I on Honeymoon. I couldn't have asked for a more fun, chilled and exhilarating experience... what an incredible Skipper we found in Simon amd Amanda was so attentive and warm. We did a midday cruise and I can Imagine the sunset cruise makes any holiday absolutely unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more fun time and will make it a must everytime we're in Knysna... I cannot recommend this enough, look no further.

Lovely cruise, lovely boat and lovely staff. We took the 2.5 hours sunset cruise and we got to go around Knysna lagoon and went out of the sea a bit as well. The staff are very good and Elle took many nice pictures for us. The light at this time during the day is perfect, but you can’t really see sunset from the boat. Unfortunately we didn’t see whales or dolphins, but heard there were a lot the day before.

Extremely friendly staff, a beautiful boat and the perfect setting.
Regardless of our group of 4 being the only booking, Ocean Sailing Charters was willing to take us out on their amazing catamaran for a relaxing afternoon. Super accommodating and professional! 10/10

Today sailed on the Lara Bella as I love a sunset cruise and I must admit this one of the best . The trip lasted 2 &1/2 hrs and it was lovely sailing round the Heads and out to sea . The staff were friendly and attentive and a big shout out to Yana who looked after us so well whilst feeding us the most delicious rump steak, potatoe salad and pasta. Neil was a great skipper too and also informative.
I highly recommend this trip .
