Lately they want to harass you if you wear a cap. Most bizarre and absolutely senseless! Nowhere else (from Waterfront to Canal Walk) they bother about caps. What about face masks? What about hats (even the minister of police Cele wears one everywhere)? What about burkas? That does not make sense and we don't go back to this centre as long as the rude guards force arbitrary rules on their customers! Go somewhere else where you are welcome and treated with respect!

The Point is a lovely little shopping mall and came in handy every day as we stayed in an apartment only two blocks away. It has a great restaurant at the ground floor, as well as a fantastic supermarket.

Camps Bay is a must especially to see the sunset before 615pm but then go straight over to this restaurant to spoil yourselves in divine cuisine.. From wonderful crayfish to stunning Fillet steak..Oh and dont forget the Tempura prawns as a starter! Excellent wine list and puds to die for.. Always try to book and if you can get a table near to the front of the restaurants. We were piggies this time and went back twice..Always try 1 visit on every visit to stunning Cape Town Not the cheapest place to eat ( well depending on the pound to the rand) but well worth its weight in gold

Great place to have a morning walk with the ocean to gaze at. Can get quite busy later in the day, but a great experience early.
