Linda assisted my fiance in designing the MOST perfect ring. The ring is of exceptional quality and every detail was perfectly analysed. I could not be happier with my ring! Linda was an absolute dream to work with - so kind, caring, responsive and on the ball. We would 100% recommend anyone looking for a ring to visit Cape Diamonds, and specifically Linda - she is the dream!

Linda was fantastic and listened to exactly what we were looking for, She did not disappoint the ring is perfect better than we could have ever imagined. Linda's service has been exceptional and she kept us updated on everything regarding our ring so we have felt included from the beginning.
The ring is so us. I am so in love with the ring and it is so beautifully made. I cannot say a single negative thing about my experience at Cape Diamonds it has been wonderful and they have gained clients for life.
We also loved the fact that our budget was respected and all the options were in our price range. usually when you at a place they always quote you higher on your budget not Cape diamonds. We still cannot believe that our ring cost less than the ring we bought 3 years ago. considering how much better this ring is.
If you are looking for a ring then is is the only place you should be looking at! Not only is their service above and beyond but their pricing is unbeatable and I can say that for sure after entering over a dozen stores looking for rings.
We loved our experience here and our ring is breath taking. We cannot say thank you enough, the ring is just so much more than i could of ever dreamed of.

We absolutely love our rings and would not want to change them one little bit. Linda was brilliant in answering our questions and in guiding us through the process of deciding on the designs for our rings. The quotes we received from Cape Diamonds were by far the most competitive and Linda was very helpful in being able to work within our budget. All in all this was a fabulous experience we will always remember and we would not hesitate to recommend Cape Diamonds.

We had the most amazing experience at Cape Diamonds from the time we entered the establishment to the time we left. The staff members were very friendly. We had corresponded via email with Linda, who came highly recommended and there was absolutely no wonder why and because of this, we chose to visit her at Cape Diamonds. She went through every detail with us and was very patient as I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted out of my engagement ring. She has such a passion for the industry! My ring left me absolutely breathless, I was more than I ever could’ve asked for and no picture would do it justice. Every time I look down at my finger I can’t believe this beautiful work of art belongs to me!

I strongly recommend Cape Diamonds to any and everyone! I bought an amazingly beautiful engagement ring from them for my fiancé. They created a custom ring for me, exactly according to my specifications. I was able to easily and seamlessly manage the whole process from planning, payment and delivery from Dubai. Linda was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond and extremely helpful and friendly. They also helped me to get a lab-grown diamond of incredible quality for the big stone and they were able to do everything within my budget. Cape Diamonds has the most beautiful ring designs in the world based on my taste and the research I did. Thank you Cape Diamonds and Linda for making this special season in our lives so easy and wonderful.

Planning a wedding during lockdown had to be one of the toughest emotional experiences my now husband and I had to go through. Making the decision not to have even our closest family and friends around during the biggest moment of our life is one that people shouldn’t have to make. But unfortunately Covid-19 really knows how to make people feel all alone.
Being consumed by work and not being able to take leave meant planning our ceremony on our own became very challenging. I really wanted my ring polished and an eternity band to match the exquisite ring Linda helped my husband pick out but I couldn’t find anything in Durban to my liking. I contacted Linda since she had been super helpful when my husband needed to find our engagement ring - so much so that he made the decision to purchase the ring from Cape Diamonds even though he is based in Durban. He’s not one to make decisions about spending lightly and had been to every jewelry store in Durban without any joy. Only Linda had been able to accomplish what no other jewelry store assistant could do.
So I messaged her on the off chance that she would be able to be able to come to our rescue once again. Linda did not disappoint. I have not experienced such great customer service from anyone before. She went all out. She went through every ring they had and matched the perfect band for my engagement ring. She sent me pictures of the bands next to the same style ring they had in store and also included her recommendation. There wasn’t a single decision about the wedding that was any simpler to make. When I say she went all out - I was not kidding. She went right to the point of fetching my engagement ring from Durban, having it polished and sending it back to me with the wedding band, all before my wedding day, even though I had only given her a weeks notice. I would highly recommend Cape Diamonds for exceptional customer service and superb value for money.

I recently had a most pleasant experience at Cape Diamonds. Linda helped me design the most beautiful morganite and diamond halo earrings in 18ct rose gold, as a birthday present from my husband. They are absolutely exquisite and they turned out better than I imagined. Linda sourced two different sizes of oval morganite stones and advised me on the size that would look the best in my ears and the size of diamonds to halo the gorgeous pink stones. She was spot on - they are the perfect size. Linda kept me updated at all stages of the process and it was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you Linda

I wanted a special gift for a friend in Vienna, and decided on tanzanite studs. It was very last minute, but Linda sourced the tanzanite and had beautiful studs made within 36 hours. Accompanied by excellent service and good value. Can only highly tecommend Cape Diamonds!
