Centrally located very close by V& A Waterfront. This place has great little stalls where you can find something for everyone. It is a one stop shop for souvenirs for everyone back home. Lots of South African stuff like silver jewelry, African baskets and bowls, textiles etc.

We did a quick run through here when we were down at the waterfront. There were a lot of crafts and mementos to choose from. Interesting to see some unique items. We didn't purchase anything, as we were pretty much just killing time, but would be a good place to go if you need a souvenir!

We like walking round here you can pick up unusual gifts but they are quite expensive . All under cover and air conditioned

Called into Red Shed Craft Warehouse a couple of time during my stay in Cape Town from 29/11/17 to 14/12/17, some beautiful unusual gifts & souvenirs either locally made or from other countries within Africa. A great way to relax and stroll around with the food hall on the upper level with plenty of seating & tables.
Overall the warehouse is worth a visit & be prepared being situated in a tourist area like the Waterfront expect expensive prices for gifts / Souvenirs

It's located pretty much next door to the Aquarium. Some really good places to buy some better quality and different souvenirs without the excessive price tags. While they do have the cheaper normal stuff, they have some really top shelf stuff, I haven't seen this trip, which I will be back to buy before I leave. Leather goods, jewellery, paintings and prints, carvings, to hand made quirky guitars. It has it all. And no pushy sellers.

The signage outside actually names this the "Watershed", and it closes at 6pm. There is a great variety of unusual crafts, jewelry and trinkets sold at the many stalls at this indoor market. We particularly recommend a shop named Siyakatala, the first shop, #A01 inside the Aquarium entrance, where we found the best quality for the price for nicely crafted African masks, wooden carved animals, and other items you can be proud to display or for gifts. We wish we had purchased more here.

We enjoyed our visit to the V&A Waterfront and especially the Watershed. So many unique shops and places to eat. Found lots of goodies, everything from spices to hand crafted jewelry and clothing. When you get hungry head next door to The Food Shed for lots of great options.

Amazing place with so many interesting things to buy. And the food is truly incredible. Visited with our 7 and 5 year old who we pushed around with lightweight strollers. Had pizza on 2nd floor which was excellent. Variety of food was really impressive. The whole area felt very safe and was extremely clean, so perfect for a family.

This shed has all kinds of little shops inside. It's great to see these different things but just like the rest of the waterfront it is a bit overpriced. There is free wifi though!
