For ramblers the Silvermine provides a fine display of Fynbos and Birdlife. It is not too rigorous unlike Table Mountain

Took a hike up to Elephants Eye with a group of 8 friends. Stunning scenery and a fairly easy hike. Please be aware of your surroundings and stay safe. Never hike alone here. 4 or more is the ideal number for a hike.

Lovely reserve at the northern end of the Cape peninsular, great views north over Cape Town, east to False Bay, south towards Cape Point and west over Nordhoek bay. Good hiking, biking and swimming.

This is the best-kept Table Mountain secret. Take a good pair of shoes to walk or run on the mountain tracks or stroll around the dam but you must also swim in the perfect water of the dam.

This is my favourite place for outdoor walks and enjoyment. We often go here and try different paths each time.

Unfortunately there is no public transport. The best would be to use Uber.
