Best Cape Town Tour

I went on the 3 day Garden Route, it was a very last minute decision and probably my best decision while I was in Cape Town.

Day 1 we went to see a beautiful cave and ostrich farm, it was a long drive from Cape Town so we got to see some beautiful scenary. We made it to our chalet by the beach at sunset, it was just stunning. Accmodation was clean, cosy and perfect, you could hear the ocean and walk to the beach in 5 mins. We went o watch sunrise on the beach one day. There was an amazing cafe near the beach were we good great coffee and fresh scones.

Day 2 we went to the Monkey and Bird Sancuaty, and ended the day with Zip lining as it was too windy for bungee jumping (which I was not going to do anyway), it was perfectly paced with the right about of breaks and stops, I reallt enjoyed the sessions. We also happened to be driving past another amazing beach with beautiful white sand, we were lucky enough to see a Whale!!! I was screaming with excitment.

Day 3, long drive back to Cape Town, we had the amazing view and the Game safai, where we saw 4 of the Big 5 (no water bufflos), it was so good, it lasted about 3 hours and we eneded the day with a nice lunch at the Game Lodge. Had an amazing steak there.

Hayley and Emma, were amazing host, they took us to places where they knew the food was good, I got to try so many different foods. We have regular stops for coffee and cakes, which made my day.

We were lucky to have an amazing group, it was small group of girls and we all just got along so well, Emma and Hayley left like they were on holiday with us.

Hayley made sure we were fed, maybe over fed, not that I am complaining. Hayley drove all the way, even when the weather was bad at times, she handled it so well... And Emma was just so pleasent, intelligent and authentic, it was a pleasure to have met them. I wish I had more time on the tour with them and the girls I met.

Easy as Pie to Have a Great Safari

While visiting South Africa to volunteer, I had a chance to spend three days on safari in Greater Kruger, all artfully arranged by Hayley at Go Cape Town. The service and responsiveness were excellent and the suggestions spot on. I spent the time at Umlani, where I had a truly memorable experience - including great sightings of the Big Five. Go That Way handled all the arrangements for me and made it so easy to add this unique experience to my time in South Africa. I highly recommend them.

Best tourist information in Cape Town with heart and passion
Last year we went to South Africa right after the shutdown. A lot of things started slowly and by fortune we had the great luck to meet Hayley. She supported us so much: she organized a rental car for us, planned an unforgettable safari incl. private driver and gave us many tips. She even gave us souvenirs for our families. We can't thank Hayley enough. We highly recommend her! You are an angel!

She turned me into a racing enthusiast

I never been to the races before since I am not a gambler. But Hayley and Jade organised for me to attend the races, see the stables and meet the jockeys in a fun-filled afternoon with her lovely friends and acquaintances. I had such a good time nibbling on crudets and sipping champagne whilst enjoying the buzz. Thank you Go That Way - the best personalised tourism services in Cape Town (ever) !

Great service and information

We called into the office of Go That Way to get some local information. We spoke to Hayley who has a great insight into South African ways, providing useful information such as tipping, safety and the best way to travel locally, as well as where to eat, trips and locations of attractions.
All other staff in the office were also friendly and helpful.
Definitely worth contacting if planning a trip in and around The Western Cape.

Doing a trip anywhere, might be daunting for some... stepping into Go That Way Tourist Info Centre...is like stepping into a world of choices...there are so many places to visit, things to do... their staff are alway friendly and helpful.... with my brochures and maps from them, i know where i am going.

Great service, great trip

We first stopped by this place when we first arrived in Cape Town and they / Hayley were very helpful indeed with information, recommendations and advice even though we made no bookings at that time.
We then went on our prebooked Garden Route tour (a totally separate trip company, booked in the UK) and when we got back to Cape Town around 12 days later we were able to use some of the advice and literature that Hayley had given us.
But one thing we really wanted to do was a day trip to the 'West Coast' but however much we searched we couldn't find any group trips in that direction.
It wasn't until day 4 of our available 8 days in Cape Town that we returned to Hayley to see if she could help with such a trip within our 4 remaining days.
Having established our tight time schedule Hayley was able to tailor a 1 day trip for us for the Monday, just 3 days later. And it was a tailored trip - West Coast Fossil Park, West Coast National Park, !Khwa Ttu San Village.
We arrived - the agency was barely 100m from where we were staying - a little early and our tour guide, Richard, was already there to greet us.
The trip was wonderful. Richard was a great tour guide and very good company, and being a private tour ie just us with the guide, which is not our natural first choice, was no problem at all.

The best Tourist info we’ve been ever!! Far beyond expectations

We just entered into this tourist info office to re-check something, and we “found” Hayley. She was completely attentive to our requests. She proactively was looking for best alternatives that could fit in our interests, even calling and pre-booking a car for us ensuring our hotel had available parking spaces for it..
Anything we asked, we received great recommendations...

In summary, the person you would love to find whenever you go into a turist information agency is here 😊
