The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

A lovely aquarium, but being from Durban, I somehow feel that Ushaka is better, not to compare, maybe just cause im from Durban. But a great place to visit when on holiday.

We live in Cape Town and go to the Aquarium regularly. There is always something new to see and do. It is the perfect place to spend a rainy day at with children. The kelp forest is my favorite and my son loves the sharks and rays

Our 4th visit and it was just as fun. Really interesting sea life that you do not see in other aquariums. Great hands on fun as well for kids. Surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants so you can make a day at the Waterfront.

Big variety of ocean life and very educational for children and grown ups. There is a penguin habitat and a humongous tank with rays, sea turtles and a diver here and there. A petting tank lets one touch star fish and sea anemones, and biologists give insights about ocean microorganisms. It's an all-day event.

We visit the aquarium maybe once a year and are always impressed. The exhibits are regularly updated and we never get tired of coming back.

Wow. We have been here before but this place still amazes us. All the work put in here is unbelievable. The beautiful fish species and the trouble they take to make it child friendly is beyond words. There are touch pools and play stations for the kids. They also have two feeding times. Information for everyone. Just amazing. Do go... More
