We made a lunch stop here. The place is popular for fish and chips. We got vegetarian Indian food at "The Galley". The waves were calm and the sea serene. The beach was not crowded.

Based in the beautiful and serene Fish Hoek. Not as busy as other beaches in the Western Cape the drive to get there is also beautiful very serene.

We made a quick stop in Fish Hoek. Got the best fish and chips at Lucky's at the pier. Saw colorful fishing boats and friendly seals. Nice beach, and it was fun checking out the fish market! Worth a stop!

One of the nicer beaches in Cape Town. It's a nice beach to go to for the entire family, it's clean and looks to be safe.

Lovely beach with beautiful sands. Interesting history about the village and its fisher folk although the village has lots of modern properties built now.

Fishoek beach is normally a relaxed place to spend a Saturday afternoon. My wife and I visited the beach in April just as a getaway on a Saturday afternoon. The water was refreshing to swim in, not too cold and the surf was fairly calm.

at low tide you can enjoy a brisk walk to Clovelly Corner. dolphins and cormarants to watch. whales in winter which swim up from Antarctica. There is a good restaurant at one end and also a playground for toddlers. An ideal family beach
