Ana at Cape Town Adrenaline is an absolute legend. Really wanted to abseil off Table Mountain and the odds were definately not looking in my favour being so last minute, but Ana managed to work some magic and got me sorted and topped off my trip. Such great and prompt service with a few bants thrown in. Wish I had known they sort other tours, would have no hesitation in booking with them. The tour itself was amazing, great guides, more laughs!

Ana was really nice and helpfull with all our bookings , she was able to answer all our questions we had about our bookings and even asked check up questions after our experiences. I can only recommend Cape Town adrenaline booking was easy without any problems ◡̈

Our guide Sipho made all the difference! He magnificently balanced saved and adventure, especially for our 11-year-old daughter. He was patient and generous to take pictures and videos of our adventure! We had a wonderful time!

The booking experience is super easy, they also keep reminding you of your appointment. When you get there you receive a warm welcome, clear and informative induction process. Caring, friendly and funny guards make the experience so much more fun. Had a great time with Chilly and Brendon. The views are exceptional for someone like me who loves nature. There is also a nice short hike at the end. Please remember to dress warm it can be chilly in the mountains

I wanted to swim with seals. I had a very short time frame and turnaround. I sent several email inquiries and Cape Town Adrenaline was THE place. They arranged transportation, communicated every detail and left nothing overlooked. The crew on the boat was great, they helped get gear on and off and made sure each and every one of us (only 6 on the boat) had the experience we were hoping for. They were funny, informative and I had the time of my life! Francois ( the transportation company they hooked me up with) came into the airport, gave me an AMAZING tour of all of Cape Town and knew SO much. Don't hesitate...this crew has it together!

My husband and i joined the seal snorkel team yesterday in Houtbay, what an awesome experience. the team on board was very helpful and friendly. overall an excellent experience, whether you are a tourist or a local wanting to be a tourist in your own city, this should be at the top of your list of things to do in Cape Town

Absolutely wonderful experience! The guides (Nkosi and Zuma) are really the cherry on top, so full of humour and smiles! You never feel unsafe or unsure of what to do. I definitely recommend Cape Town Adrenaline, incredible value for money!

30/10/2022 I went ziplining for my birthday with these guys. Omg, it was the BEST adventure experience ever!! My 2 guides Sindi and Jacques were absolutely amazing, from start to finish. My nerves disappeared soon after the 1st zipline thanks to these two Human beings, with their calm nature throughout the trip of 7 ziplines slopes. I highly RECOMMEND for my local citizens and our abroad visitors to approach Cape Town Adrenaline, Cape Town Ziplines SA Forest Adventures. I will definitely make a return 😉👍🏼🙌🏼
