Hi there. The best way to get around Cape Town without a car is to use Uber. They are very safe, quick and efficient. It would only take about 15 minutes to get to the Biscuit Mill from the V&A.

Yes - while you won't have the full experience of the food market the shops are great and so is the coffee and the people I loved it
