The Elvis fan club in Cape Town did the City Sightseeing Red line tour for our year end social. We enjoyed all the points of interest as the bus was rockin' n rollin' through the city, got to see the beautiful Table Mountain up close...More
We bought a day pass for the hop on hop off routes. We were surprised at how reasonably priced this was. The blue route was exceptionally good. I'd definitely recommend that.
Based on that experience we took their Cape Explorer tour, which goes to to...More

Thank you so much for your review. I am very happy to hear you enjoyed the hop on service. I am sorry the Cape Point tour was not to your liking. It is operated in a double deck luxury coach as advertised. Whilst driving to...More
You're on a really comfy coach that takes you all around the Cape. We went with Keith who was brilliant with knowledge on each area and some lovely background stories to places.
Can't recommend it enough.
I personally did the two day tour, since I thought there were so many routes, that it definitely takes two days to see it all. In retrospect I have to say, that one day would have been enough probably, unless you want to do table...More

Even as a local Capetonian, this is still one of the best ways to see the sights all in one day. There are so many places to go and sights to see in this great city and this is by far the most enjoyable way...More

I’d get the 2 day ticket - the one that also takes you out to Caoe Point - Simons Town, boulders beach and Caoe Point . It is beautiful out that way. Tip for Table Mountain - get your tickets online and be there 15 mins before the first cable car of the day - it’s best up there early without the crowds and then you don’t have to queue for long either . Download the Uber App and use that to get around anywhere in the evenings - they are reasonably cheap and safe and you never have to wait too long for one. Tip of Lions Head is a good spot to watch the sunset - or find a nice rooftop bar in Camps Bay it Clifton and watch from there. Have a great holiday .
