Nice place to visit. You can prebook to be shown how they make certain traditional dishes but we had not known about that. I enjoyed their homemade ginger beer and vetkoek and jam is always good....

What can I say, Baba is a colourful character of. Chatty and friendly. The venue is typically styled in true Baba fashion. A great selection of jams and preserves to choose from. A must visit.

We're still enjoying the jams we brought back from this beautiful house full of colors... My favorite is the onions & chili. We've also had some great waffles there.

You are welcomed with smiles and warmth. Jams to die for and cooking which takes you back to before 'fast food'. Baba's Jem's a Gem without doubt.

Best time to go to Baba's is during the cherry season when lessons on making preserves and easy cherry recipes are taught. The "jem" and scones are not half bad either!
